Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage customer data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experience
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in Professional Services or technology-focused organizations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python
• Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
