Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on customer sentiment and behavior
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic consulting on design principles and best practices
  • Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a long-term VoC strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of experience in a relevant field (Preferred)
  • Supervisory responsibilities included
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong project management skills required
