Key Responsibilities
  • Address inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer support cases effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process requests related to accounts and specimens
  • Provide technical support and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in healthcare/biotech
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using telephony systems
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM solutions is a plus
  • Ability to follow SOPs and maintain administrative and technical security controls
