Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
Listen to customer queries attentively and respond promptly and appropriately.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about current promotions and H-E-B products.
Record customer orders and preferences accurately.
Process payments and exchanges efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and store policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work alongside other customer service personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
