Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Hospital Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
• Resolve customer requests through calls or online communication
• Provide customer education and notify clients of test results accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
