Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 60-80 incoming phone calls per day and determine customer assistance needs
• Document customer inquiries and communicate with clinical staff regarding patient needs
• Schedule appointments, manage medication refills, and perform other related tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
• Typing speed of 40 wpm
