Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems efficiently
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a changing environment
  • Ability to empathize and understand customer needs effectively
