Customer Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and upload client data, including customer, product, and inventory information
  • Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scaling efforts
  • Manage a dynamic client list and track each client's status to determine necessary tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Jira or a similar work management system
  • Familiarity with sending queries to API endpoints (either REST or GraphQL)
  • Basic SQL skills for querying data and performing updates
  • Python skills, particularly with pandas, for data cleaning and manipulation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
