Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and manage the customer reference program
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and manage account planning activities
  • Identify new service opportunities and achieve sales activity and revenue goals


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in the ERP space, preferably with NetSuite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience managing NetSuite ERP projects and implementations
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite and ERP systems
