Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic point of contact for existing resellers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, renewal, and expansion
  • Proactively drive customer success initiatives to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand reach and impact
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of clients
  • Experience with complex, technical software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, contract renewal, and customer retention
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and support teams
