Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build partnerships and drive value for mid-market to enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop Customer Success Plans with customers, tracking success metrics aligned with their business objectives
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to present progress, align on strategic goals, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related fields
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with executives in presenting and relationship management
  • Proven success in onboarding and implementing technical products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency with collaboration platforms
