Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in their journey with a medical device.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers from device acquisition to active use through outreach and response to requests
• Coordinate customer events including EEG testing, delivery, training, and returns
• Manage inbound sales and support requests through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience or equivalent
• Sales-focused and customer-centric mindset
• Self-motivated and competitive nature
• Experience with rehabilitation and stroke is a plus
