Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tackle customer questions through various communication channels, identifying issues and providing effective solutions
  • Document bugs and collaborate with the development team to advocate for product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and stay informed on product features and industry trends
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing systems, with familiarity in HubSpot and Zendesk being a plus
  • A high level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm, with a self-starter attitude
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center and with Zendesk is preferred
