A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to work in a pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business activities as the Client Service Coordinator and respond to client requests
  • Prepare customer quotes and create orders using SAP and internal systems
  • Coordinate the sales process using Sales Force Service Cloud and facilitate communication between Sales and Operations teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
