Key Responsibilities

• Manage a global team focused on cyber insurance business development and partnerships
• Drive the offering strategy and evaluate potential partnerships to enhance ROI
• Track performance metrics of partners and maintain Sophos' inclusion on insurer panels

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Cyber Insurers and Brokers
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a business development or partner management team
• Established relationships within the cyber insurance community
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
