• Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including COBOL, VSAM, JCL, REXX, and CICS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Experience working within Agile teams
