Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation support for Dynamics Business Central (BC) or NAV
• Troubleshoot and configure the D365 BC Dealer Management System
• Ensure seamless and efficient operation of Service and Field Service modules

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics Business Central (BC) or NAV
• Knowledge of Dynamics CE - Field Services
• Experience in service and field service operations
• Ability to perform system troubleshooting and configuration
• Familiarity with dealership management processes
