Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and analyze data from Tableau to create insightful reports
• Understand and track key call center metrics such as hold times and quality metrics
• Consolidate month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter data into clear presentations for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Tableau, including navigating dashboards and interpreting data
• Experience in data analysis and presenting findings clearly
• Ability to understand business metrics and trends
• Call center metrics experience is a plus but not required
• Contract employment type with an associate seniority level
