Data and AI Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & AI Lead to drive the transformation into a fully AI-native game studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for building data foundations for LLM-based workflows and systems
• Build and maintain retrieval pipelines, vector search, and oversee hybrid data infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to integrate data access into LLM workflows across various functions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in data architecture, product analytics, or ML infrastructure with experience in LLM or agent-based systems
• Deep experience with modern data stacks and AI-native layers
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with skills in prompt structuring and vector search tuning
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in startup or LiveOps environments
• Experience with gaming or Web3 data is a strong plus
