Data Entry (REMOTE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining payroll data, ensuring timely and precise processing of employee hours and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update employee hours, rates, and payroll data into payroll systems

Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies with department managers

Assist with generating payroll reports as needed

Maintain confidential payroll records

Support other administrative tasks related to HR

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
