Data Entry Specialist – Night shift (5pm – 1:30am)

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. In this role, you won’t just be entering data?you’ll be helping transform raw reports into structured, actionable files that support strategic decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Gather data from various reports and documents.
? Organize and enter information into spreadsheets or internal systems with accuracy.
? Ensure consistency and integrity of the information you work with.
? Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and improve workflows.
? Proactively identify any inconsistencies or gaps in the data and flag them for resolution.

What Will Make You Successful:
? Advanced English communication skills ? both written and verbal. (C1 Level).
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
? Experience working in remote teams or multicultural environments.
? Fast learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to new tools.
? Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
? No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude is a must!
