Data Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Management Analyst - CAHPS - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and documentation of data sources
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Perform data analysis to identify insights for improving member healthcare experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, or other preferred programming language
• 3+ years of experience manipulating data across multiple platforms
• Experience with Medicare Advantage products or the healthcare industry
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices
