A company is looking for an Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Data Operations function, providing mentorship and performance management
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain efficient data pipelines and governance policies
• Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance and cost, while maintaining operational documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Operations or Data Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies
• Proficient in SQL and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and tools
