Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning models to improve predictions in borrower risk and underwriting processes
• Implement credit scoring models and analyze financial data to enhance decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models and evaluate their business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or quantitative discipline with 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning theory
• Full-stack expertise in modeling processes or deep expertise in statistical modeling or machine learning
• Understanding of advanced AI/ML topics such as model monitoring and explainability
