About the position

The Database Specialist position at Express Employment is a full-time role focused on managing and processing donations within a donor database for a non-profit organization. Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments.

• Set up new gift batches and process donations within 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding.

• Create tribute accounts and manage matching gift donations.

• Generate tax receipts for all donors promptly.

• Maintain and update constituent records based on new information.

• Create mailing lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.

• Conduct regular CRM maintenance to ensure data integrity.

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email.
,
• Perform additional data entry and projects as needed.

• Run queries and reports to support various departments.

• Organize donor lists for events and manage CRM automation.

Requirements
• 2+ years in gift processing and CRM management

• Previous experience in a Non-Profit is required

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and clerical accuracy

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
