A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can drive measurable impact across the marketing funnel and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage full-funnel lead processes, including lead capture, scoring, and qualification
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment across the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in demand generation or digital/performance marketing
• Mastery of marketing automation platforms and CRMs
• Deep knowledge of attribution models and lead lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and KPI tracking
• Understanding of the K-12 education buying cycle is preferred
