Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Strategist to join their Digital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling content for emails, SMS/MMS, newsletters, and web copy for fundraising and advocacy campaigns
• Track engagement analytics to assess and improve messaging and tactics
• Manage member email and SMS inboxes, ensuring timely communication and support

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing or campaigning experience
• Strong racial justice analysis and commitment to uplifting Black joy
• Experience in digital campaigning or a strong ability to learn new skills quickly
• Analytic mindset with curiosity for data-driven online organizing
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
