Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Workplace Process & Platform Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with implementation teams to support the relaunch of ServiceNow, aligning processes across IT, Facilities, and HR
• Enhance integration between Moveworks and ServiceNow to drive automation and deflection
• Establish documentation and process governance to support audit readiness and define operational KPIs for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, with exposure to cross-departmental workflows
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks is a plus
• Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or SOX readiness
• Proven ability to work independently and produce clear, repeatable documentation
• Strong organizational skills and a bias for action
