Digital Workplace Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Workplace Analyst II to support and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming tickets for Digital Workplace incidents and service requests
• Provide second-tier support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace-related issues
• Design and implement custom solutions and business workflows using SharePoint and Power Platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Office
• Experience developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
• Understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
