Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Success & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and anticipate their evolving needs
• Prepare strategic recommendations and facilitate discussions to align client objectives with program execution
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure program quality and scope are met

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of client relationship management and strategic leadership experience
• Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred
• Previous experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy for value-based client discussions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for strategic analysis and client presentations
