Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Proven track record of managing executive relationships and achieving business outcomes
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifecycle management
• Experience developing cross-functional processes and success metrics to scale Customer Success operations
