Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of BI tooling and infrastructure for various business areas
• Lead the strategy for company-wide reporting platforms and physician analytics tools
• Direct a diverse team of BI professionals while maintaining data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading a data-focused team in an analytical or developmental role
• 8+ years of experience in the healthcare data space, particularly with Medicare Advantage
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and multiple BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Experience with quality of care performance and operational metrics
