Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to support operational and strategic goals
• Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to enhance financial efficiency
• Oversee daily cash positioning and manage banking relationships, ensuring compliance with financial agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 7 years focused on cash management or treasury functions
• Strong background in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk management
• Experience managing banking relationships and working with foreign exchange and hedging strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with cash management software
