Director of Growth Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the leading inputs of the full CAC LTV model and improve payback across cohorts
• Run the acquisition P&L, budgeting and reallocating spend in real time across various channels
• Design and run experiments on the subscription funnel to maximize trial-to-sub conversion and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of DTC growth experience with proven CAC LTV mastery in a subscription or high-repeat business
• Fluency in SQL, Looker/Mode, and Google Sheets for cohort modeling
• Hands-on experience in at least one paid channel with a track record of scaling spend over $5 million
• Deep understanding of incrementality testing and A/B frameworks
• Inspirational team leader with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
