Director of Machine Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning - NLP & LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the ML vision and roadmap for NLP and LLM-based solutions
• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of ML engineers and applied scientists
• Guide end-to-end model development, from research to production deployment

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience developing and deploying NLP/LLM models at scale
• Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable ML pipelines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred
