Director of Managed Care Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Managed Care Quality Analytics, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and assess the company's insurance pricing analytical processes for accuracy and optimization
• Perform in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify pricing trends and discrepancies
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for pricing models and communicate insights across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in financial analysis and managed care
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare landscape and managed care performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is desirable
• Strong understanding of government reimbursement models and managed care contracts
