Director of Oncology Statistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology HEOR/HTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for HEOR/HTA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the development and management of statistical methodologies and data strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and develop the Statistics team, ensuring performance, compliance, and effective resource management across regions

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in Pharma and 3 years in evidence generation
• A minimum of 5 years of line management and leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and applications, particularly in Oncology and Observational Research
• Experience in HTA and Pricing and Reimbursement activities, including RWD utilization
