Director of Platform Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of platform and infrastructure engineers
• Define and execute a platform roadmap for scalability and reliability
• Own the security and compliance posture for all platform and infrastructure services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and relational databases at scale
• 3+ years of experience managing platform or infrastructure engineering teams
• Experience building B2B enterprise software
• Familiarity with technologies such as C# / .NET, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Experience with security and compliance in regulated environments
