Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Population Health Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion measurement of Population Health Performance Deals, including deal structure and KPI construction
  • Design and maintain complex models for population health dynamics and performance measurement
  • Act as a liaison between the Medical Economics team and stakeholders to communicate findings in the Population Health space
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in analytics/informatics teams with proficiency in analytics languages and platforms
  • Strong technical, analytical, and financial experience in healthcare claims and data systems
  • Advanced understanding of Risk Adjustment modeling and methodologies
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical management and provider networks
