• Coach product management teams, providing clear objectives and accountability for outcomes
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product differentiation and commercialization strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on established SaaS products
• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team
• Mastery of outcome-driven product practices including discovery research and agile delivery
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
