Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate a clear product vision that enhances customer value across learning products
• Align product roadmaps with company objectives and ensure measurable business outcomes
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration across design, engineering, and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a SaaS product team
• Proven experience in leading and managing a product team, with a focus on coaching and talent development
• Experience executing product migration strategies and managing change related to process and technology
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent work experience in a related field
