Director of Quality Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director IT Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation best practices and strategies
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistent test automation within the SDLC/Agile process
• Manage team performance, resources, and vendor relationships effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
• 8+ years of experience leading teams in multiple locations, including offshore
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or cloud-native technologies preferred
• Strong foundational knowledge in quality engineering practices and test automation
