Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Director, Revenue Integrity, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees charge capture and late charge management processes, managing a team responsible for account reviews and department charging procedures
• Provides technical guidance on IT application architecture and coordinates activities of technical and functional teams for system design issues
• Creates financial models and leads revenue integrity departments, establishing consistent processes and monitoring key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, health care administration, public health, or a related discipline
• Master's Degree is required
• Seven years' healthcare revenue cycle experience is preferred
• Seven years' application/technical work experience with Cerner or other EHR modules is preferred
• Five years' leadership experience is preferred
