Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize its revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the customer journey from first touch to post-sale success
• Lead and develop the revenue operations team, ensuring professional growth
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and prepare reports for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar GTM functions at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Proven success in building scalable processes and analytics frameworks
• Strong experience with CRM and sales/marketing tools, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong project management and organizational skills
