Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales who is both a strong operator and a strategic leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conversion, productivity, and engagement across a fully remote, high-volume sales organization
• Coach 4-6 Sales Managers in people leadership, performance management, and execution discipline
• Design and improve onboarding, coaching, and management systems to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams in a high-growth, remote environment
• At least three years of leadership experience in Personal Lines or P&C insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance carrier dynamics and best practices
• Proven success in building or scaling distributed teams in a tech-enabled sales environment
• Experience with sales tooling and analytics platforms
