• Define technical strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive modernization initiatives for cloud migration and API-first development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native technologies
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in FinTech systems
• Strong expertise in regulated environments and external audit requirements
• Experience with enterprise B2B2C financial ecosystems preferred
