Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology Programs & Operations - GenAI and Cloud Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical program managers and scrum masters supporting SDLC and tech programs
• Design program plans and oversee working teams for strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Partner with senior leaders to support platform adoption and align technology delivery across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading tech or business transformation programs across multiple teams
• Deep experience with Agile software development at scale
• Experience engaging with technical experts and senior business leaders
• Familiarity with cloud technology, particularly AWS, and AI/ML capabilities is strongly preferred
