Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's treasury function, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure
• Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions, overseeing credit facilities and banking agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's, MBA or CPA is an asset)
• Progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
