Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand American Express’ market presence.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
Lead and mentor a team of business planning professionals to support the growth strategy.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to foster growth and drive innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform business planning and strategy.
Develop financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and decision-making.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on business planning and growth strategy initiatives.
