Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling coordination, or healthcare operations
• Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software
• Proven ability to implement systems, SOPs, or process improvements
• Knowledge of route optimization techniques and best practices
• Background in mobile healthcare services, home healthcare, or telehealth is a plus
